Jacques Moscianese

Jacques Moscianese is the Executive Director of Institutional Affairs at Intesa Sanpaolo. He manages institutional relations with public institutions, regulatory authorities, and antitrust authorities. He is a licensed lawyer in both France and Italy. In 2018, he was selected by the Institute of International Finance as a “Future Leader in the Financial Industry.” He is also a Board Member of ICC Italy and an “Expert-Associé” at the European Center for Jurisprudence and Economic Sciences at ESSEC Business School in Paris. In 2025, he was appointed Vice President of ICC Italia, with an operational role in the second half of 2025 and in 2026.
