Argentine, born in Buenos Aires in 1966. Married, five children. Since 1988 he has been a lawyer at the forum in Buenos Aires, he is a member of the Board of Directors and Educational Director of for the Opera del Padre Mario Pantaleo and since 2005 is vice-president of Compagnia delle Opere in Argentina. Member of the Celadic Policy and Integration Commission (Latin American Center for Development, Integration and Cooperation, 2008/2013), and has collaborated with the online newspapers “Paginas Digital.es” and “Il Sussidiario”.
