Molina Fabiano

Fabiano Molina has worked for many years in the field of people management and leadership development, combining managerial experience, consulting and teaching. He is President of Companhia das Obras Brasil and, since 2018, Partner and Director of Acting Gente, a consulting firm specializing in executive search and leadership development.

Throughout his career, he has held executive positions in Human Resources, gaining experience in the retail, financial and textile sectors. He teaches at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), where he lectures on people management in continuing education and postgraduate programs.

His areas of expertise include people management, change management, performance management and organizational transformation. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ, an Executive MBA in Business Management from COPPEAD/UFRJ, and a postgraduate specialization in Human Capital Management from FIA/USP. He is married to Patricia and is the father of Rafael.
