Mattarella Bernardo

Full professor of administrative law at the Department of Law of Luiss Guido Carli. Director of the Law degree program and of the Research Center on Public Administrations “Vittorio Bachelet.” He holds a Master of Laws (University of California, Berkeley, 1992) and a PhD in Public Law (University of Florence, 1997). Winner of the “Giuseppe Mantellini” Prize for the Science of the State, awarded by the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei (2008). He is deputy director and editor-in-chief of the Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico. He has been a speaker at around 600 scientific conferences in Italy and abroad and is the author of over 500 scientific publications.
