Massobrio Paolo

He obtained his PhD in Bioengineering and Bioelectronics in 2008 at the University of Genoa. He is currently Researcher at the same University where he teaches Computational Neuroscience to final year students of the MSc in Bioengineering and PhD in Bioengineering and Robotics. His current research interests are in the field of neuroengineering where both experimentally and through the development of computational models he studies the computational properties of networks of engineered neurons coupled to arrays of microelectrodes. He is co-author of more than 40 publications in international journals and was the scientific director of the last edition of the ‘Massimo Grattarola’ Summer School of Neuroengineering.
