Masi Marco

Marco Masi, the current president of CdO Opere Educative-FOE, was elected by the Directive Council trained following the reorganizational work of the national conference FOE 2012; Masi was then confirmed for a second term in 2015.

Masi is a lawyer and expert in scholastic law, who has for years been engaged in the world of school equality and active in FOE since its origin, first as an auditor and later as a member of the Directive and Executive Boards.

Masi was born in Morciano di Romagna (Rimini) in 1959, and is now married with three children.

In 1978, Masi graduated from “A. Volta” scientific high school of Riccione. In 1983, Masi graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in Jurisprudence and a thesis in administrative law entitled “The Regionalization of University Assistance.” In 1998, he founded, alongside other professionals, an Associate Legal Firm which has its office in Bologna.

Masi has gained a developed professional experience in judicial and extrajudicial matters, in administrative law, school law, labor law, and nonprofit law.
