Maggio Massimo

A graduate in Business Economics and a freelance journalist, he has contributed to the establishment and development of various non-profit organisations both abroad and in Italy. As part of the Messaggero di Sant’Antonio di Padova group, he set up the department responsible for marketing, public relations and fundraising, before joining the Executive Board and taking on the role of Director of EMP (Edizioni Messaggero Padova).

From 2006 to 2010, he was also Editor-in-Chief of the magazine *Madre*. Since 2013, he has been Director-General of CBM Italia, an international organisation committed to the health, education, employment and rights of people with disabilities worldwide and in Italy. Maggio is a member of numerous groups, including Leaders for Future, CINI, the Observatory on People with Disabilities from Migrant Backgrounds, the ACRI Committee of Promoters of the Protocol for Cooperation in Africa, and others.
