Luigino Quarchioni

Luigino Quarchioni is the spokesperson for the Marche Third Sector Forum. He was elected in June 2024 during the assembly held in Ancona, a meeting that also saw the participation of the national spokesperson for the Third Sector Forum, Vanessa Pallucchi. Quarchioni has extensive experience in the non-profit world linked to Legambiente at both regional and national level. He represents the most representative body of the Third Sector in the Marche region, which brings together 31 second-level association networks for a total of 1,700 local offices. According to his vision, the Third Sector is the ‘heart of the community’. He stated that they will address the fragility brought about by the many social changes underway by using the tools of internal thematic councils to analyse problems and strategies. He feels a responsibility to do their part in accompanying people to face the challenges of the contemporary world. The path taken is based on the establishment of these internal thematic councils as places for discussion and reflection.
