Lobasso Fabrizio

Minister Plenipotentiary and Deputy Director-General for Growth and Exports at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. During his diplomatic career, he has held posts abroad as Ambassador to Khartoum and Consul in Athens; in Rome, he served as Deputy Central Director for Sub-Saharan Africa and Deputy Head of the MAECI Delegation to the 2009 G7 summit.

He is an adjunct professor at UNINT University and the Pontifical Antonianum University, where he teaches Intercultural Diplomacy. He holds a PhD in Political Science and has completed executive programmes at the Harvard Kennedy School, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, LUISS and SIOI. A professional counsellor, he is the author of essays on intercultural diplomacy and, most recently, of the book *M’importa di Te. Sul Sentiero della Leadership Rotonda*; he is the founder of the Heart and Mind Foundation ETS, which is committed to promoting personal growth, training and inclusive dialogue to foster healthy human relationships.
