Francesco Liuzzi

Francesco Liuzzi is a co-founder of Tebat and an organizational development consultant. He holds a degree in Philosophy and a PhD in Labor Sciences—with a dissertation on Hannah Arendt and organizational thought—and has worked first in human resources management at Italian and multinational companies, and later as a consultant and trainer.

Together with his colleagues at Tebat, he guides groups and organizations through leadership development, change, and learning processes. Through this work, he has developed a vision of organizations as pivotal settings for human experience: not merely functional structures, but spaces where people seek meaning, responsibility, recognition, and a future. His work consists of creating contexts in which dialogue, active listening, and shared experience enable groups and institutions to navigate complexity, forge new relationships, and embrace their mission with greater awareness.
