Krystle Donati Angelica

Angelica Krystle Donati is the President of ANCE Giovani. An entrepreneur and manager in the construction sector, she serves as Managing Director of Donati S.p.A. After earning a degree from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Oxford, she worked at Goldman Sachs and Ralph Lauren. She is part of the Steering Committee of the economic and social observatory “Riparte l’Italia” and a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for the Executive MBA organized by POLIMI GSoM in collaboration with John Cabot University. She also serves on the JRP Costruzioni Advisory Board of POLIMI and is a member of the Permanent Steering Committee of the Department of Civil, Computer and Aeronautical Engineering at Roma Tre University.

Previously, she was President of ANCE Giovani Lazio and Coordinator for the Internationalization of ANCE Giovani, and she served on the Finance and Infrastructure Task Force of the B20 in 2021 and 2022. In 2018, Capital magazine selected her among the top 100 under-30 who represent the future of Italian leadership. In 2020, she won the “Woman of the Year” award at the Real Estate Awards; in 2022, Forbes Italy included her in the list of 100 “Winning Women”; in 2023, she received the America Award from the Italy-USA Foundation; and in 2025, she won the Minerva Anna Maria Mammoliti Entrepreneurship Award.
