Grau Ignasi

Ignasi Grau Callizo is an expert in the field of education rights and school choice and currently serves as the Director General of OIDEL (International Organization for the Right to Education and Freedom of Education), which holds consultative status with the UN, UNESCO, and the Council of Europe. He holds a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University, a Business Administration degree from UOC, and a Master’s in Political Theory from the University of Geneva.

Since joining OIDEL in 2014, he has led major research projects, including the Education Freedom Index, and actively promotes educational pluralism in international forums. Grau is also a frequent speaker at international conferences and has published academic articles on minority rights, autonomy, and freedom of school choice.
