Luca Gori

Luca Gori (Pistoia, 1983) is a professor of constitutional law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, where he conducts research and teaches in the field of public law, with a particular focus on the third sector, subsidiarity and the relationship between public institutions and civil society.

He is the scientific director of the ‘Maria Eletta Martini’ Research Centre and the scientific director of the School of Civic Education at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies. Since 2024, he has been president of the Cassa di Risparmio di Pistoia e Pescia Foundation and of ACRI’s Social Innovation Commission. He sits on national bodies and working groups dedicated to shared governance and policies for the third sector.

He is the author of numerous academic publications on the themes of social pluralism, autonomy, democracy and the constitutional role of social groups.
