Giansante Gianluca

Gianluca Giansante is a partner at Comin & Partners, a strategic communication and public affairs consultancy. He teaches communication at LUISS “Guido Carli” University. He is the author of “Leadership,” “La comunicazione politica online”, published in English and Spanish editions, and “Le parole sono importanti”.

For several years, he has combined his professional work supporting companies and top managers with teaching and research. As a partner at Comin & Partners, he focuses on supporting the growth of companies and top managers through communication and institutional relations. He teaches at LUISS Guido Carli and is involved in research on communication and consensus-building.

His latest work is “Leadership. Teorie, tecniche, buone pratiche e falsi miti”, published in 2023 by Carocci Editore. He is the author of “La comunicazione politica online”, published in English and Spanish editions. He has also authored “Le parole sono importanti” and various essays on political language.

Together with Gianluca Comin, he published “Tu puoi cambiare il mondo”, dedicated to the theme of personal reputation as a tool to promote talent and share value.

Before joining Comin & Partners, he was the Head of Communication and Digital Relations with Citizens at the Lazio Region. As a communication consultant, he has worked for the Presidency of the Council (Department of Information and Publishing) and the Superior Council of the Judiciary. Previously, he worked as a communication consultant and trainer for large companies, institutions, and political organizations.

He has conducted research at the Institute of the Italian Encyclopedia Treccani and holds a Ph.D. in Political Languages and Communication from Sapienza University of Rome. He has also studied strategic communication with a scholarship at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.

He began his professional experiences abroad, working in face-to-face fundraising in Spain and later as a volunteer as a PR and celebrities assistant in the press office and advocacy of the NGO Oxfam in Oxford.

He has collaborated with Il Riformista and Linkiesta after starting to write for the local pages of Il Tempo newspaper.

He completed his university studies at Sapienza University of Rome as a student of the Collegio di eccellenza dei Cavalieri del Lavoro “Lamaro-Pozzani”. Today, he collaborates in the activities of the Alumni Association of the Knights of Labor.

He is an Aspen Junior Fellow and a Young Leader of the Council for the United States and Italy Relations.
