Giacomazzi Mauro

Mauro Giacomazzi, educator and trainer, was born in Mantua in 1975. After studying Economics, he embarked on a path of research and training in the field of education, completing doctoral studies in Pedagogy. He lived and worked in Uganda for over 17 years, supporting educational and social initiatives aimed at young people, teachers, and local communities. He currently coordinates the Knowledge Management Department and the Education Unit of the AVSI Foundation – ETS, also overseeing learning, training, and research activities. At the heart of his commitment is education as the origin and guardian of every person’s freedom.
