Marco Ferrari

Marco Ferrari is headteacher and a philosophy teacher at the Licei Malpighi in Bologna. He is the creator and director of the national philosophy competition for secondary school pupils, Romanae Disputationes (RD), of the ‘Age Contra’ debate-based teaching method, of ‘Opera Prima’, and of the webinars organised by the association ‘Amore per il Sapere – ApiS’, of which he is the founder and president. He is director of Diesse’s ‘Bottega dell’insegnare – Filosofia’ and vice-president of the National Festival of Educational Innovation. He is the author of Bocche di leone. The experience of adolescence between school, philosophy and psychoanalysis (with A. Panico, Mimesis 2024), Educating to Think. Teoria e pratica della disputa regolamentata (with M.
