Facchini Massimiliano

Massimiliano Facchini has held the role of Head of Accenture’s Healthcare and Public Sector division for Italy and Greece since 1 September 2025, reporting directly to the CEO, Teodoro Lio.

Having been with Accenture since 2000, he has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services sector. In his new role, he is responsible for defining and driving the development strategy for clients in the healthcare and public sector, with the aim of accelerating the adoption of transformative technologies within major public and private organisations. 

Throughout his career, Facchini has worked with numerous clients in the Italian banking sector and beyond, focusing on the design and execution of digital transformation programmes. In recent years, he has contributed to Accenture’s growth by leading the Tech Consulting business and the credit offering for the Financial Services sector.

Massimiliano Facchini is also a member of Accenture’s Executive Committee in Italy and Greece.

He currently lives in Rome with his wife and two children. He is passionate about gardening and plays the drums.
