Menorello Domenico

Domenico Menorello, born in Padua on July 28, 1967, is a Cassation lawyer and holds a PhD in Philosophy of Law from the University of Padova. He graduated in Law, completing advanced studies in Padua and Rome, and has significant experience in administrative law. He is a member of the Comitato Nazionale di Bioetica and of the Associazione Avvocati Amministrativisti del Veneto. He also founded and served as Vice-President of the Libera Associazione Forense di Padova e Venezia and is President of the parliamentary observatory Vera Lex. He promotes and coordinates the network of associations “Agenda Pubblica – Ditelo sui tetti (Mt 10,27).”
In his political and administrative career, Menorello served as Councillor and Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Padua and held positions in the Province of Padua (1995–2014). He ran for the Chamber of Deputies in 2006 and 2008 without being elected; in 2013 he was the first non-elected candidate and joined the XVII Legislature in 2016, elected in the Veneto 1 constituency for the Scelta Civica con Monti per l’Italia list, serving in Parliament until 2018.
He is co-author of numerous publications and organizer of hundreds of cultural conferences and seminars. His professional and political activity is characterized by commitment to legal education, research, and bioethics, with particular attention to the development of local institutions and the promotion of civic and legal culture at the national level.
Married and father of three children, Menorello combines professional experience, civic engagement, and scholarly contributions, representing a key figure in the Italian legal and political landscape.
