Del Conte Maurizio

Maurizio Del Conte, born on 23 April 1965, is a professor of Labour Law at Bocconi University in Milan, where he took up his post after teaching at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He has lectured and taught courses in Japan, at the University of Tokyo and the University of Kobe, and is the author of numerous academic publications ranging from labour law to trade union law, and from EU law to private law.

He is President of ANPAL, the National Agency for Active Labour Market Policies established by Legislative Decree 150/2015 – better known as the Jobs Act – created to coordinate all matters relating to active labour market policies, acting as a single control centre that brings together public and private sector expertise across the whole country. In his capacity as President of ANPAL, he is also the Sole Director of Anpal Servizi SpA (formerly Italia Lavoro SpA).
