Graduated in Law from the University of Navarra, she holds a PhD. Professor of Constitutional Law. Her research focuses on current issues of constitutional law, particularly on fundamental rights and the sources of law. He has devoted numerous studies to the legal-political institutions of Navarre. Visiting Professor at the University of Turin and the University of Rome La Sapienza. She has numerous scientific publications to her credit. Author of numerous book chapters and articles, almost always focusing on political institutions, fundamental rights and the right to one’s own image or the guarantee of rights in the face of video surveillance devices. She has published several works on the political institutions of the Autonomous Community of Navarre (the Parliament, the Ombudsman and the Audiovisual Council) and on improving the Autonomy Charter. He has participated in numerous national and international congresses on issues of constitutional law and has lectured on his speciality in various national and international scientific and cultural forums.
