Patrick Cox — Innovation, Training, and a Culture of Safety

With extensive experience in creating value for customers across diverse sectors, Patrick has led the TRE E Consortium as CEO since 2018, promoting the growth of Italian elevator companies through training, digitization, and safety initiatives. At TRE E, he has developed a model of collaboration between businesses, training organizations, and institutions that enhances the skills of young people and the quality of customer service.

Under his leadership, TRE E has consolidated the Impianto Sicuro network, the first European center dedicated to multi-brand elevator maintenance training and elevator maintenance certification. Patrick believes in a culture of work as a driver of innovation and social cohesion: an approach that combines technology, training, and responsibility toward the community.
