Born in Great Britain and living in Italy for over 40 years.

He is an occupational psychologist and a certified coach. He has been working at IKEA for 15 years, where he has held several roles in different company locations. He currently serves as Training Manager for IKEA Italy.

His professional passion is the study of the mental processes involved when interacting with other people.

He lives in Brescia, is married and has two daughters, Sophia (11) and Stella (5). He loves rock music, barbecuing and cooking from different cultures.
