Graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Bologna with a Master of Human Resources Management, since 2007 in Randstad as Director of Randstad HR Solutions, HR training and HR Consulting Group of the Randstad Group in Italy; from 2012 he has fulfilled the role of Chief Operations Officer of the same company whose mission is to develop the services of: Training, HR Consulting Processes, Outsourcing HR Services (RPOs), Active Policies, Outplacement.

In 2009 he attended the Senior Executive Program (sep12) – International Corporate Program of the Insead Business School, based in Fontainebleau, France.

Since 2012, member of the Randstad Group Management Team in Italy.

Earlier, he was Responsible for Riconversider, FEDERACCIAI (Confindustrial Federation) consulting company, which promotes the implementation of active work policies related to the staff of associated companies.
