Married with two children, Andrea has the soul of a geek and loves working at the intersection of technology and business.
In 2003, after studying Political Economics at Bocconi, Andrea began his career at Value Partners, a strategic consulting firm, working with multinational clients in telecommunications, automotive and utilities.
In 2006 he joined Google, where he worked on strategic planning, monitoring analysis of the market for Southern Europe, working from Milan London.
In 2009 he left the company to accompany the launch of Annapurna Ventures (now United Ventures), a leading Italian venture capitalist focused on the digital.
Andrew currently works for the Innovation Center of Intesa Sanpaolo, where he coordinates the StartUp Initiative, an international acceleration platform that promotes the meeting of high-tech startups and financial and industrial investors. In 2013 he spent about a year between New York and Boston building partnerships and studying the best practices of successful entrepreneurial ecosystems
