Paolo Ciliberti

Paolo Ciliberti completed his specialisation in Cardiology at the University of Bologna in 2008. In 2012, he obtained a PhD in the Pathophysiology of Heart Failure from the same university.

From 2008 to 2011, he worked at the Institute of Cardiology and the Department of Paediatric and Adolescent Cardiology at the Policlinico S. Orsola-Malpighi in Bologna. In 2011, he moved to London, where he worked as a paediatric cardiologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital, University College London. In November 2014, he returned to Italy to work in the Cardiology Department of the Bambino Gesù Children’s Hospital in Rome.
