Cappelletti Alda

Alda Cappelletti is a senior humanitarian professional with over 18 years of experience in program management, humanitarian access, and frontline negotiations. She has worked extensively in complex emergency settings across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, leading humanitarian operations in high-risk and hard-to-reach areas.
Alda has held leadership positions at INTERSOS, including serving as Director of Programs. She currently works as a Senior Humanitarian Advisor, where she is responsible for strategic planning of humanitarian access and negotiations.
She has obtained advanced certifications in humanitarian negotiation from the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation (CCHN) and the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.
