Caironi Silvia

General Coordinator of AdC. Economist from Università Cattolica of Milan, with a Master’s degree in Project Management from George Washington University and PMP certified since 2001. She has worked in the United States with multilateral organizations, in Italy for major multinational companies, in Peru as a consultant to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and later as Administrative Director of Caritas. In São Paulo, Brazil, she founded Aventura de Construir together with the Fundação Umano Progresso. Currently responsible, along with the Board of Directors, for strategic planning, institutional development, and internal management. A firm believer in the creative potential of every entrepreneur, which can fully emerge when properly valued and supported.
