Who we are
Bolla Cristina

Cristina Bolla is President of Genova Liguria Film Commission and of the Amadeo Peter Giannini Study Center, an entrepreneur in communication and event management, director of tourism promotion events, and leader of project teams. Over the years, she has specialized in project planning, European project design, cinema, entertainment, marketing, tourism, communication, and public relations.
For several years, she has taught tourism marketing and hospitality, working on projects for the economic development of the Ligurian region, culture, and food and wine. She is involved in film tourism and teaches audiovisual project courses. She collaborates on projects to enhance artisanal crafts, is a member of the Commission for the Internationalization of Film Commissions at MiBACT, and is part of the Coordination of Film Commissions at the MiBACT Cinema Directorate.
She is the director of Portofino Days, International Fiction Festival of the Liguria Region, organized across Portofino, Santa Margherita, Rapallo, and Genoa. She works on training and audiovisual literacy projects, collaborates with the Premio Pellicola d’Oro to promote cinema crafts, serves as a jury member, and is a speaker at major national and international film festivals. She is also a jury member of the Italian advertising Oscar Key Awards Milano, involved in projects promoting territorial development through audiovisual initiatives.
Awards received include:
2021: Oscar del Piatto di Nettuno, for projects highlighting Ligurian food and wine traditions
2022: Magnifica Award in Rome, for establishing the Amadeo Peter Giannini Foundation
2023: Excellence Key Award, advertising Oscar, for boosting the region’s audiovisual projects to record numbers, fostering economic growth of local businesses and integrated tourism
2023: 19th Premio Radici, on the 61st Italian Abroad Day
2024: Premio Ligure Illustre
2025: Premio Pellicola d’Oro, for promoting cinema and audiovisual craftsmanship
