This is the essence of the repertoire with which Maestro Giovanni Allevi meets his audience in the world’s most prestigious theatres, from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Forbidden City Auditorium in Beijing. A composer, conductor and pianist, he has enchanted millions of young people with his music; captivated by his example, they are drawn to classical music and the creative art of composition.
Recently, the US space agency NASA named an asteroid after him: giovanniallevi111561.
Having sold over a million records of his original compositions, his latest musical work is ‘Equilibrium’, a project with a symphony orchestra that had its world premiere in the US and is now on tour in Italy after having already visited China and Japan.
