Albertini Petroni Davide

Since July 2023, Davide Albertini Petroni has been President of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare. Since January 2024, he has been President and Partner of ROOMLESS, an innovative company specialising in medium- to long-term residential lettings via a fully digitalised platform called SPACEST.COM, operating both in Italy and across Europe.

From January 2024 to January 2025, he served as CEO of the COSTIM Group, focusing on mixed-use property development projects and engineering and construction activities. He was also Chairman of the group’s three subsidiaries: a general contractor, a company specialising in glass and steel façades, and a facility management company for electromechanical systems, with a combined turnover of 300 million euros.

From 2009 to 2023, he was Chief Executive of Risanamento S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and active in the property and development sector. He also served as CEO of all the group’s subsidiaries, overseeing the management and sale of assets totalling €3 billion over the last 10 years.
