Airoma Domenico

Domenico Airoma, a native of Naples, 59 years old, married to Paola and father of three daughters, has been a member of the judiciary since 1989.
He served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Naples, where he was assigned to the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, and later as Deputy Chief Prosecutor, first at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Cosenza and then at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of North Naples. Since February 2021, he has been the Chief Public Prosecutor of Avellino.
On behalf of the Council of Europe and the European Commission, he has carried out numerous missions in the countries of the Western Balkans, Central Asia, and Russia. He holds teaching positions at the High Council for the Judiciary Training School. He is Vice President of the “Rosario Livatino” Study Center and collaborates with the journal Cristianità, the official publication of Alleanza Cattolica, a private association of the faithful recognized under canon law, whose aim is the study and dissemination of the Church’s social doctrine.
