At a time that identifies innovation with speed and discontinuity, it is worth asking where creativity truly comes from. Creativity is often described as the ability to break with the past, to imagine what does not yet exist and change the rules of the game. But is that really so? Every authentic innovation is also born from a story, from relationships, from skills, from a tradition that someone has handed down. Being creative does not mean forgetting what one has received, but reworking it in an original way to respond to the challenges of the present. Through a comparison between entrepreneurial, cultural, and technological experiences, the meeting asks about the origin of generativity: what makes a person capable of creating value? What is the relationship between memory and the future, between legacy and change, between innovation and responsibility.
