Marco Temeroli

Marco Temeroli is Head of the Gas & Power Procurement Desk at Gruppo SGR. In this role, he coordinates the team responsible for the wholesale procurement of electricity, natural gas and environmental certificates, as well as leading market monitoring activities.

His main responsibilities include optimising the value of Gruppo SGR’s renewable energy generation assets, including photovoltaic and hydroelectric plants, as well as biomethane production sites using organic waste (FORSU) or agricultural by-products.

He has gained in-depth knowledge of the national energy supply chains: having joined the company with an initial focus on natural gas logistics, he subsequently took on responsibility for back-office operations, consolidating his experience in the downstream segment before assuming his current managerial role.

He holds a Master’s degree in Statistical Sciences and is currently studying for an Executive MBA at Bologna Business School.
