Garlappi Mariavittoria

Mariavittoria Garlappi is a senior expert in the field of international cooperation on vocational training. Over the past 30 years, she has contributed to reforms of education systems in countries across North Africa and the Middle East, the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Her main activities include drafting studies, providing policy advice and implementing technical assistance projects. Mariavittoria is the ETF’s migration focal point and specialises in skills-related aspects of migration. As part of her role, she assists the European Union’s services in the design and implementation of migration projects in the ETF’s partner countries and coordinates the ETF’s cooperation with European and international partners.
