Sister Clare Crockett — Happiness is an undivided heart

“I had everything that the world says makes you happy, but inside I was empty. Only when I met Christ did I understand what true joy is.” This is how the Servant of God Clare Crockett spoke of herself — a young nun of the Order of the Servant Sisters of the Home of the Mother, who died at the age of thirty-three in the earthquake that struck Ecuador on 16 April 2016. Clare is an extraordinary figure of a young woman who bears witness, with overwhelming immediacy — her smile is irresistible — to the beauty and joy of a life of faith. The wealth of video footage, photographs and testimonies makes it possible to tell her story almost “live”, letting her reveal it to us in her own voice.
