Starting August 4, you will be able to book your seat in the hall via the app and website — from the app both for yourself and for other people — until seats run out.
Visits to the exhibitions, including guided tours, are free. The exhibitions are open every day from 11:00 AM to midnight. The last bookable guided tour is at around 10:00 PM; it will still be possible to visit the exhibitions until closing time.
Starting August 4, you will be able to book your visit via the app for yourself and for other people by selecting the day and time.
Some exhibitions will be visited using audio guides: the use of personal headphones or earphones is required; headphones will be available at the Donate Now desks.
The Meeting's shows will take place at the Teatro Galli, at the Fair, and at the Corte degli Agostiniani. The full schedule of shows can be found here.
Tickets for the shows at Teatro Galli are available for advance sale on the Meeting website and on the VivaTicket platform. Tickets will also be available:
- at the Fair ticket office (South Hall) during the days of the event
- for the shows at the Galli, also at the theater's ticket office in the days immediately preceding the start of the Meeting
Starting August 4, you will be able to book events for which no ticket purchase is required.
Entrance to the Children's Village (Pavilions B1-B2) is free and open to all. The Village is open all week during the Meeting from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Starting August 4, you will be able to book activities.
- At the center of the Village and near the Info Point, the two Village gardens are set up — two spaces dedicated to free play.
- Family Pit Stop — for the very little ones and their parents, equipped for diaper changing and preparing baby food.
- Kids Club — an area dedicated to paid babysitting for children aged 4 to 8, in collaboration with the Service Web cooperative of Rimini. The Kids Club is open every day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; placs are limited, and families may use it for a maximum of 3 consecutive hours per day: the cost is 5 euros per hour for each child.
You can book the Kids Club by writing to kidsclub@meetingrimini.org or by going directly to the welcome point of the Youth Village, until spots run out.
- La Carezza del Villaggio ("The Village's Caress") offers visitors with disabilities and their families a meeting with specialized educational staff that makes it possible to experience the Meeting with activities suited to them.
Sport Village — over 13,000 sqm inside pavilions B5/D5/D4, with free and open access, except for some events with a limited number of seats, bookable via the Meeting app starting August 4.
