Andrea D'Auria

Andrea D’Auria has been Director of the Centro Internazionale di Comunione e Liberazione in Rome since September 2022.
He is a member of the Fraternità Sacerdotale dei Missionari di San Carlo Borromeo – Società di Vita Apostolica, where he has served as General Procurator at the Holy See and General Councillor, also holding educational roles such as Director of Studies at the Formation House. He participated as an expert at the 10th Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops (2001) as adiutor Secretarii Specialis. Since January 2022, he has been a Consultor of the Pontificio Consiglio per i Testi Legislativi, and since November 2023, a member of the Dicastero per i Laici, la Famiglia e la Vita.
Academically, he is Full Professor of General Norms, Administrative Law, and Special Processes at the Faculty of Canon Law of the Pontificia Università Urbaniana, where he also served as Dean from 2010 to 2013. He is an external judge at the Court of Appeal of the Vicariate of Rome and a consultor of the Congregazione per l’Evangelizzazione dei Popoli.
