Paolo Prosperi

He is a priest of the Priestly Fraternity of the Missionaries of Saint Charles Borromeo (FSCB).
Ordained in 2003, he specialized in dogmatic and patristic theology at the Pontifical Oriental Institute, where he earned his PhD in 2008.
From 2005 to 2010 he carried out pastoral work and teaching in Moscow, focusing on mission and academic instruction. From 2011 to 2018 he taught at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in Washington, D.C., and regularly published theological articles in the journal Communio ICR.
He currently lives in Rome, where he teaches theology at the FSCB seminary and at several pontifical faculties as an adjunct professor.
He is the author of Oltre la Parola. Apofatismo e Personalismo nel pensiero di Vladimir Lossky (2014), Mistero dei misteri. La speranza secondo Péguy (2023), and Il canto della vita. Sulla preghiera cristiana (2023), published by Cantagalli, dedicated to Christian prayer as a path to the transfiguration of life.
He has spoken at numerous conferences, with a particular focus on the role of ecclesial movements and papal magisterium, emphasizing the importance of the essence of movements in the life of the Church.
