Sarah Varetto, 43 years old, is the Editor-in-chief of Sky TG24, Sky’s all-news channel
From 1992 to 1998 she was editor and host for the regional broadcaster GRP (Giornale Radiotelevisivo Piemonte) in several information programs. From 1998 she worked for the program Italia Maastricht on Rai3. In 2000 she was editor of the program Pianeta economia (a co-production by RaiNews24 and International Tribune TV). From March 2000 she was editor of the economic and personal finance information website www.miaeconomia.it. From July 2002 she was editor in chief of the masthead Miaeconomia.com, including, in addition to the Website, the TV program and communication projects for companies and institutions.
Until December 2002 she was author and host of the economic information magazine Miaeconomia on air on La7. From December 2002 she is author and co-host with Alan Friedman of the economy program I nostri soldi, on air on Rai2. From January 2003 she is author and co-host of Miaeconomia, a daily strip on air every morning on La7.

In 2003 she landed in Sky where she was author and host of Sky TG24 Economia and editor-in-chief of the economic editorial staff. She is the Editor-in-chief of Sky TG24 , since July 2011 and also Vicepresident News since June 2013.
