Scaroni Stefano

Stefano Scaroni is CEO of Deles Group.

Born in Milan in 1972, Stefano Scaroni has had significant managerial experiences within multinational companies in the manufacturing sector. Since 2004, he has been the CEO of DELES Group, a historic company in the Varese area operating in the packaging industry. Under his leadership, DELES Group has become a multi-location reality with a diversified business model and has established itself at the European level.

At the same time, Stefano actively pursues his passion for cooking, which, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, has led to the creation of two representative start-ups in the leisure and lifestyle sector: SymposiumLab, founded in 2016, and Exit, founded in 2018.

With a significant and versatile track record in M&A (mergers and acquisitions), corporate spin-offs, and start-ups, Stefano founded EMS (Entrepreneurs & Managers Support) in 2016. EMS is a group of entrepreneurs and managers aiming to support their clients in business recovery operations.
