Education: Luiss University of Rome – degree in Political Science, International Relations, February 8, 2010. Following a competitive exam, he was appointed Probationary Legation Secretary in the diplomatic career on December 17, 2012. Attended the professional training course “Egidio Ortona” at the Diplomatic Institute of the Directorate General for Resources and Innovation, from December 17, 2012, to September 16, 2013 (assigned to the Directorate General for the European Union, Offices V and III).

Confirmed in role on September 17, 2013, and appointed Legation Secretary at the Directorate General for the European Union, Secretariat. Second Secretary in Dakar on September 7, 2015, confirmed at the same post as First Secretary on December 17, 2016. First Secretary in Mogadishu on July 30, 2018. At the Consulate General in San Francisco with duties as Consul from November 2, 2020. At the Directorate General for Globalization and Global Issues, Office IV, March 6, 2023. Appointed Diplomatic Counselor on July 2, 2023.

From November 2023 to May 2024, attended a professional refresher course for Diplomatic Counselors, as per Article 51, paragraph 1, letter a) of Law no. 96 of June 4, 2010, organized by the Directorate General for Resources and Innovation. Temporarily seconded to serve at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Office of the Diplomatic Counselor to the Prime Minister, from March 1, 2024.
