Raina Forbin

A Haitian diplomat and manager, she is currently Haiti’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, a post she assumed in March 2026.
Previously, she served as Chief of Staff to the Presidential Transition Council, taking part in diplomatic missions and major institutional initiatives. With over thirty-five years’ experience in business management, she is a leading figure in Haiti’s tourism sector and has chaired the Haitian Tourism Association.
Educated in Haiti and at the University of Québec in Montréal, she has gained international experience across the Caribbean, North America and the United States. She is recognised for her commitment to promoting Haiti’s image, its cultural heritage and the country’s development opportunities.
