Pier Francesco Acquaviva

Pier Francesco Acquaviva graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna and holds a PhD in International and Comparative Labour Relations from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

With nearly twenty years’ experience, he began his career at Ferrari, before taking on senior leadership roles in Human Resources at Huntsman and Bonfiglioli, with increasing responsibilities in industrial relations, human resources management and organisational development at an international level.

In 2022, he joined Sanlorenzo as Group HR Senior Director and has held the position of Chief Corporate Officer since 2025. In this role, he coordinates the activities of the key corporate functions that cut across the Group’s business units.
These include Corporate Integration and Strategic Projects, HR & Organisation, ICT, Legal and Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability; he also ensures the necessary alignment with AFC, M&A and Investor Relations, reporting directly to the Group CFO.
