Crippa Adelio

Adelio Crippa, born in Lecco in 1958, has been Chief Executive Officer of ICAM since June 2024. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, he has built a solid career in industry and consultancy, with a strong focus on innovation and organisational management.

Following his early career with a medium-sized company in Lecco, he worked for Galgano & Associati, coordinating projects on competitive repositioning and organisational improvement for major companies such as Michelin, Pirelli, Fincantieri and Nestlé. He subsequently held the role of Industrial Director at Fomp Fonderie, overseeing key functions including production, logistics, procurement and product development.

In 2000, he joined ICAM as General Manager, with responsibility for all operational, administrative and control functions. Adopting a strategic and integrated approach, he has guided the company’s growth and the evolution of its industrial models. His appointment as Chief Executive Officer represents the continuation of a journey that combines vision, expertise and a deep-rooted commitment to the company’s values.
