Calvi Guido

He holds the position of Area Director at the AVSI Foundation, which he joined in 2010, and has been working in international cooperation and humanitarian aid for over 15 years.
A graduate in International Relations from the University of Milan, he has gained extensive experience in managing emergency and development programmes in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

Throughout his career, he has held coordination and management roles in contexts characterised by humanitarian crises and conflicts, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Sudan, Myanmar, Ukraine and Haiti.
