Dell’Utri Massimo

He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Palermo, has practised as a lawyer since 1992 and has been registered on the Special Register of Lawyers Admitted to the Court of Cassation since 2004. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in civil and administrative law, whilst also holding senior positions in public bodies and state-owned companies, including IRFIS–Mediocredito Siciliano, AGS Control and Sicilia Digitale.

He served on the Judicial Council of the Court of Appeal of Caltanissetta and led the Union of Bar Associations of Sicily, first as vice-president and subsequently as president. Active in politics since his youth, he was regional coordinator for Noi Moderati in Sicily. In 2024, he stood as a candidate in the European elections, securing over 69,000 votes.

Since 22 April 2026, he has held the post of Under-Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
