Who we are
Damiano Davide

Born in Varese in 1992, he lives in Milan, is married and has two children. He holds a degree in Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
He has been chairman of the Pandora Social Cooperative since 2019, having taken over as its director in 2018.
In recent years, Pandora has developed a business model that combines market competitiveness with workplace inclusion, creating employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds through services aimed at companies and organisations.
The co-operative operates within Monza Prison and the women’s wing of Milan Bollate Prison, where it carries out productive activities and provides vocational training, supporting individuals in their reintegration into the labour market outside the prisons. It also promotes employment integration programmes for people with addictions, people with disabilities and those in other vulnerable situations.
Since February 2026, she has been president of Federsolidarietà Milano e Navigli, the Confcooperative federation representing social cooperatives in the area.
