Vincenzo Colla

Vice-President of the Emilia-Romagna Region with responsibility for Economic Development and the Green Economy, Energy, Vocational Training, Universities and Research, and International Relations.

From 2020 to 2024, he served as Regional Councillor for Economic Development and the Green Economy, Employment, Training and International Relations. Previously, he served as Regional General Secretary of the CGIL Emilia-Romagna and Deputy General Secretary of the national CGIL. He has worked on industrial innovation, networks, energy, the transport system, infrastructure, state-owned enterprises, credit and the service sector. He has contributed to numerous studies, research projects and publications.
