Samantha Lentini

Samantha Lentini

She is a professional in the third sector, who has been committed for many years to the social and labour market inclusion of the most vulnerable members of society. From her teenage years, she has shown a particular sensitivity towards situations of marginalisation and disability: at the age of sixteen, she began attending a centre for people with disabilities, an experience that played a decisive role in shaping her personal and professional choices.

Her career path stems from a desire to combat injustice and to help people recognise their own abilities, overcoming prejudice, fears and disadvantages. Over time, she has gained significant experience in the design and management of social, educational and employment initiatives, with a particular focus on promoting personal autonomy, the inclusion of young people with disabilities, and the building of networks between organisations, businesses and local communities.

She is president of the La Rotonda ETS Foundation in Baranzate, where she has contributed to the development of projects focusing on community welfare, employment integration, tackling educational poverty and supporting families. She has also participated as a speaker and panellist at public meetings and initiatives dedicated to employment, disability and social innovation.
