Andrea Fazioli

Andrea Fazioli has published several novels, essays and short stories.

In October 2026, his new book, Una piccola cosa proibita, a crime novel set in Milan and Switzerland, will be published by Guanda.

Fazioli is also a journalist and presenter for the Italian-language Swiss Radio and Television (RSI). He runs writing workshops for various organisations, including the Flannery School in Milan, and gives lectures on literature in various European and non-European countries.

His works have been translated into several languages; he has written for film and theatre, receiving numerous critical and public accolades. In 2017, the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, awarded him the Order of the Star of Italy for his literary work.
